We had a long dry spell for sometime now. Well, now we are having rain, we really need it. My lawn was drying out, leaves were falling from the trees and my flower gardens were not doing so well, even though I was watering them. Now we are finally getting the rain, but the weather is really hot and very humid. I find myself longing for cooler weather and fall leaves, then I stop and say NO. . .not yet, I do not want to wish my days away, they seem to go by so quickly now. So, I will sit back and enjoy the rainy days, the hot days, the flowers and when the time is right enjoy the new season.
